The Engage Partnership is delighted to announce that we have been appointed as the sole supplier to incuto on a 12-month retained basis.
incuto is a socially profitable company that was formed in 2016 after a number of years working with credit unions and community banks. Having identified a gap in the market for relevant, state-of-the-art technology that transforms these organisations, they are taking them from paper-based manual processes to fast and efficient digital processes to help them improve financial inclusion and fight the poverty premium. The company has secured initial investment and is focusing on core product development, plus delivering the SaaS platform to the initial wave of credit unions. The next phase of their journey is to secure additional investment, further development of the products and deliver integration projects that will be deployed into an ever-increasing customer base.
incuto’s Chief Operating Officer Paul Smith commented on signing the agreement;
“We chose The Engage Partnership as our recruitment partner because of their ability to work with us, and fully understand our business model and the resourcing requirements that enable us to expand in the most efficient and effective way. They are thorough, tenacious and run professional campaigns which have resulted in us getting excellent candidates through the door for interview and ultimately securing roles within the company. On top of this we receive the right level of support and guidance to make the recruitment process both friendly and painless, plus the team are always looking for ways to make things even better. We are genuinely excited to be working together and are looking forward to a long and productive partnership as we forge ahead with the continued expansion of our business. We work with a number of strategic partners to ensure we all achieve our goals and The Engage Partnership are now a key part of this important group.”
