It’s an exciting time.  After 5 months of planning, we are now ready to launch the new Engage Partnership brand. So, what has gone into setting ourselves up for success?

Financing the venture

Whilst the barrier to entry within the recruitment industry has fallen away, it is our belief that a substantial level of investment is required to do it properly. We are delighted to partner with Mark Nutter one of the Southwest’s most successful entrepreneurs, now based in Dubai. We have established a business on a fully funded and costed basis that will allow The Engage Partnership to invest in the business, attract the very best within the industry and embark on a high growth strategy.

Profile: Mark Nutter – Investment Partner

A successful Entrepreneur having founded, acquired and sold several business in the IT and software sector to Capita Plc in 2015.

Having experience in start-ups through to being a CEO at the Isys Group, Mark is now looking for investment opportunities where he can offer both finance and strategic support to other entrepreneurs in helping them achieve their goals.

Mark targets his investments in companies and individuals that aim to build an ethical, socially responsible venture that delivers on it’s promises to it’s customers and engages, trains and promotes the welfare of its employees.

In addition to Engage Partnership, Mark has already invested in 3 businesses who fit this criteria and is always interested to hear about other opportunities.

Office

We have secured offices in the prestigious Broad Quay House in the heart of Bristol. A temporary home whilst we secure a long-term solution, either through the purchase of a building or securing a long-term lease.

CRM

A detailed search process was put in place to find the very best CRM system that fits the new business model. We are delighted to partner with Firefish Software. Wendy Mcdougall, an ex recruiter, built ‘Firefish’ out of frustration with the poor-quality CRM systems supplied by the main players. A forward-thinking organization who embrace everything that Engage Partnership believe in – the move towards social recruitment and high-quality integration with clients and candidates.

To attract the best consultants, we have developed a quarterly commission scheme which is paid monthly but will allow individuals to realize up to 30% of invoiced margin (for top performers).  Modern working environments with the best in market technology and access to the most relevant data available on the market.

The Engage Partnership will specialise in recruitment.  What we mean by this is we are building an organisation that will span industries and market sectors but with each business unit a standalone market leader.

The business will be based in Bristol for the first six months and looking for Business leaders & consultants at all levels initially within the South west region – London, Birmingham, Manchester & Dublin (but not limited to) will open as we identify business leaders within these wider geographical areas.
